The New Orleans Saints are expected to get a deal done with franchise free-agent QB Drew Brees prior to the July 16 deadline. It will be considered the biggest upset of the NFL season if they don't. The two sides will probably keep haggling over the details right up until the deadline; however, it will be stunning if Brees doesn't ultimately sign a contract worth somewhere between $19.2 million and $20 million per year.

The Cleveland Browns ranked dead-last in the NFL with four rushing touchdowns last season, and their longest run of the year went for 40 yards.
